Wow! Week 2!
This week went by so quickly. We arrived in Budapest and my apartment is gorgeous. I can’t believe how big it is. I’ve been very busy lately, but I’m having such a great time. On Monday and Tuesday, we went to the Britannica International School and I was able to teach a few lessons to a first grade class. The students and staff were so welcoming and I can’t wait to go back next week. I’ve also done a lot of sightseeing and was able to take a night cruise along the Danube River. Take a look at the Parliament Building!
We took an overnight trip to Pécs by train yesterday and just arrived back to Budapest. I went to a traditional Hungarian restaurant for lunch while I was there, and I also visited an optical illusion museum. Until next week…
