Visiting the Chateau of Versailles was such an eye-opening experience. Being able to learn about history that is hundreds of years old is absolutely fascinating, not to mention seeing the actual chambers of all the past Kings and Marie Antoinette. My favorite room in the palace was definitely the hall of mirrors where lavish gatherings used to be thrown.
