This week was very stressful, but very rewarding. As the week before spring break, it is usually challenging to maintain focus and high productivity levels because of the anticipated break from work and the idea of traveling and exploring. Nevertheless, school work came before leisure and all of my work was finished before traveling to Italy and Greece (with stops in Vatican City and Bulgaria). My favorite place was Italy because of the rich history and delicious food with Greece coming in a close second because of the beauty of the water and mountainous landscape. It was great to be able to visit the Colosseum after having learned about it for so many years growing up, in addition to the Acropolis. They were definitely worth the hype.
