During our trip, we have group dinners at authentic Greek restaurants which allow us to try new foods that we would have never tried before! This week, we tried moussaka which consists of thinly layered sliced potato, eggplant, lamb, and topped with a creamy béchamel sauce. I am so glad I was able to eat this traditional Greek meal, it was delicious! (Submitted on January 21, 2024)
