I’m finally beginning to adjust and get comfortable in this new environment. I have been able to get some sleep as well as find a few meals that are easy for me to eat here. We are just about done with week one of classes and I have already learned so much and have begun to view the advertising industry in a different light.
Portobello Market is such a unique place. We heard Bill say it was “One of the best flea markets in the world!” about 19 times and he wasn’t kidding. I have never seen such diversity across food, fashion, and culture all come together in one place. Incredible tastes and sounds everywhere we went. There is an infinite amount of unique stands that sell everything from vintage football gear to razors made with precious metals. One day is simply not enough to experience the market in its entirety.
