In a way I missed Amsterdam while visiting France and Belgium. Even though I was only in Amsterdam for a week prior to leaving for the other countries, it became “home” because it was where I met everyone and made those connections. Also, I had gotten used to the transportation system, the concierge, the market and the city itself. Being back, there is a sense of comfort and I love that I get to spend the last two weeks of the program here. Even though the program is almost over there is still so much to do and see.
