After spending a few weeks here in Limerick, Ireland, I can tell you that the city is amazing! It has the narrow, stone streets of Europe, with an American feel to it. Yet, you can still find green EVERYWHERE! It can be so refreshing to be able to take a break from the school work and go walking in the rolling hills along the Shannon River that runs through campus. The University of Limerick campus is on the outskirts of the city, so it’s pretty easy to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city and escape into the calm country for some nice relaxation. This is only the start of my adventure here, and it will only get better.
