This weekend we traveled to Queenstown, which is located in the southern part of New Zealand. It was great to experience a city where there was so much culture in one place. There were many buskers, or street performers, playing music or dancing along the streets. There were little restaurants and shops all open to the outdoors. Even though, we were in the city, everyone was still laid- back and enjoying the outdoors which is a huge part of New Zealand culture and so different from at home. I love the pace of life here and how everyone takes the time to enjoy the beauty that is around them, instead of rushing here and there like in the United States.
