Blue Hen Tracks in Siena, Italy

Submitted by Cierra Spruill on the 2018 winter session program in Siena, Italy sponsored by the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures…

At Dante Alighieri, I have made some cool friends, like Alessio from South Africa, and have expanded my knowledge of the Italian language tremendously. What do I like most about Dante Alighieri? They let you write on the walls! Upon my arrival at the school I realized that students were allowed to write on the walls after they had finished their time at the school. However, what I didn’t realize was how many UD students and alumni had been on my program and had made their mark on this school. Here are some pictures I took of some of the names I found on the walls inside Dante Alighieri, and you can guarantee I will be putting my name up there, too.
