With the recent election results in America, women worldwide are protesting for their rights. Sunday after the inauguration, women worldwide gathered together in city centers to stand up for what they believe in, themselves. Women currently living in Granada from countries all over the world, congregated near the local fountain to speak up for American women. As a woman concerned with women’s rights in other countries, it was amazing to have women from other countries showing concern for the rights of us American women. The world at that moment felt more unified than I have personally felt it has in the past.
