- PURPOSETo assure that all electronic safety program violations issued directly to the University are paid on a timely basis and that the University is properly reimbursed.
- POLICYUniversity Drivers operating University Vehicles will be responsible for the cost of all traffic violations incurred while operating the vehicle. When a Notice of Civil Violation – Electronic Red Light Safety Program, an EZ pass Toll Violation Notice or a similar notice of violation is received by the University, the University shall pay the fine and the responsible University driver will then reimburse the University.
