Real Estate & Development

The Real Estate and Development department manages the University’s short-term rental housing program for short tenancy for new faculty and staff. The department is also responsible for the development of the STAR Campus including lease negotiation, infrastructure development, building design guidelines, managing the University’s real estate portfolio of leased properties, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.

RENTAL HOUSING INVENTORY NOTICE:

Effective immediately, the Real Estate Office will be putting a hold on leasing our residential rental properties until further notice.  If you are new faculty or staff member and you are interested in obtaining housing please send an email to EmployeeHousing@udel.edu to be added to our waitlist.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
