(The submission feature for this assignment allows you to respond to Part 1 inline with a text entry, website URL, media recordings or upload a file.)

Part 1: Write your teaching philosophy. After writing your philosophy, reflect on and respond to the following questions.

  • How does your philosophy match up against your current teaching practices?
  • What are some expected changes you anticipate needing to make based on teaching online?
  • What will your students need to succeed in your course?
  • What do you see are the benefits and/or limitations of online teaching? What are your concerns?

Part 2: Peer evaluation of a member in your cohort.

This submission will be shared with at least one other member of the cohort to provide peer review. When you read and provide feedback consider the following questions.

  • Are your needs similar? Different?
  • Do they apply to your students?
  • Are your concerns about teaching online similar?
