GEAR RECOMMENDATIONS 

IM LEAGUES 

  • Go to the University of Delaware IM league page
  • Returning members log in with your previous account information — do not create a new account
  • New members, set up a new account and keep your username and password information
  • On your Home page, navigate to the left toolbar and click the icon called “Forms/Paperwork”
  • Complete all 4 parts of the waiver form, list “Sailing” as your team from the dropdown menu
  • IM league registration due: 3/22/24

PRACTICE SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE POLICY

  • Practices will be held every day, Monday through Friday
    • Meet at the bench of the Morris Library parking lot at 3:15 pm
    • Arrival back to campus: ~7:00 pm
    • We carpool to practice in personal vehicles (reimbursed for mileage)
  • Members must attend one practice, between Monday and Friday, every week
  • All practices are held at North East River Yacht Club (80 Bayside Dr, North East, MD 21901)

DUES

  • Dues for one academic semester (fall/spring) are $90
  • Dues for the full academic year are $160
  • Deadline for paying dues: Returning Member’s 3/22/24, New Member’s 3/29/24
  • To pay dues:
    • Go to the University of Delaware IM league page.
    • Log in & navigate to the club sports homepage.
    • Click “Payments” under description – links needed.
    • On this new form page, fill out the appropriate information with the price of dues you wish to pay at that time (semester or full year)
    • Include the treasurer’s email as cowalsh@udel.edu

DRIVING FORM

  • Fill out this form every time you drive, so we can log it each month
  • After each month, you must fill out the reimbursement form (details below)

REIMBURSEMENT FORM

  • Fill out this form for all reimbursements (only applicable for practice & regattas)
    • For driving:
      • Mileage rate: $0.25/mile
      • Must submit map image with mileage
    • For regatta food purchases:
      • Maximum $15 reimbursement/person
      • Must submit original itemized receipts
  • Submit form & supporting documents, in person, to treasurer (email cowalsh@udel.edu with any questions)
