Mentor Application: If you’re interested in volunteering to help out your fellow graduate students, you can fill out the following application materials and send them to your department’s lead mentor:

• • A personal statement (one-page, single-spaced) which describes why you would like to become an EmPOWER peer mentor and feel you would be a good fit for this program. You can include any relevant personal experience and describe what you hope to accomplish as a peer mentor. Download the form here

• • References of people who work with you and would support your participation in EmPOWER. These could include your fellow graduate students, post-docs in your research group, or faculty in CoE. Download this form here
