The mission of CHART is to advance outcomes measurement science through the development and application of assessments for rehabilitation research and translation into clinical practice. CHART applies innovative, state-of-the-science approaches to optimize patient-reported outcomes and performance-based assessments for individuals with disabilities, traumatic injuries, and chronic health conditions.
