This morning we had reports of folks having issues logging in to PeopleSoft/Oracle. Those applications are controlled by Central IT and if you are experiencing issues with those systems, you will need to submit a trouble ticket for Central IT or call 302-831-6000, as it is unlikely that we will be able to resolve your issue with those systems. The response that we received from Central IT/Management Information Services (IT-MIS) this morning was as follows:

“The FI Reporting index (“FIRPT”) did not come back up this morning, after the weekend upgrade of the background database from 10G to 11G.  Production came up, but it looks like the report transfer didn’t work.  The MIS DBA group is working on it, but there is no time estimate at all for when it might come up.”
