If you have recently been prompted to change your email password, don’t forget to update your email password in your settings on your smartphone and/or your iPad/tablet device if you use them to directly connect. If you have ignored prompts to update your email password and your password expires, you will not be able to access email from a mobile device without first updating your email by logging in via the web or your desktop and resetting your password. This should be an easy update. And, as always, please remember that the more complex your password is, the stronger security you have!
