Senior Project Manager: Full time

Medway, MA

Responsibilities consist of overseeing multiple complex landscape projects from beginning to end including site development, project layout, crew supervision and cost oversight. Must have a proven track record in project management, site work, masonry and landscape construction.

Our requirements include, but are not limited to:

• 5+ years experience in landscape construction project management
• Field Layout experience
• Contract negotiation skills
• Excellent vendor relationships and material purchasing experience
• Project planning set-up and mobilization
• Knowledge of budgets, scheduling, crew organization and subcontractor coordination
• Work In Process and backlog reporting
• Excellent customer relationship skills
