We have a new LTI tool enabled for Canvas. It allows instructors to sort images in a browser page by dragging them or selecting a radio button. The drop locations are virtual Critboard shelves: top, middle or bottom. Images are drawn from Canvas assignment submissions, and can be sorted along many dimensions. Once sorting is complete, instructors can save the sorting sequences and/or use the current sequence as the basis for grades. The grades are automatically posted to the Canvas gradebook, along with gradebook comments reflecting the individual scores for sorting criteria.
