How to allow additional users to access my classroom recordings?
If you are using Canvas…
The easiest way to give access to your videos used in a course to additional users access is to add them through the People tool in Canvas. Click here for instructions.
Make sure the videos you want your students to access are shared in the Media Gallery published in a page in your course. If your videos are only in your My Media, then your students will not be able to view them because your My Media is unique to you and not shared with your class.
If you are using UD Capture Space…
If you don’t use Canvas for your class, you can share your UD Capture recordings in several different ways through UD Capture Space, a YouTube-like platform that connects with your videos in your My Media. Here is a brief tutorial about sharing videos in a Channel through UD Capture Space.
