DeVonte Moore
Bio: DeVonte is originally from Los Angeles, CA. He graduated from the University of La Verne with his B.S. in chemistry where he worked on the synthesis and characterization of polypyrrole encapsulated iron magnetic nanoparticles. Devonte is a graduate student in the department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
Research Interests: DeVonte is working on the creation and validation of a 3D hydrogel breast cancer dormancy model. In combination, he is working towards creating molecular tools to study breast cancer cell dormancy and metastasis.
Fun Facts: In his spare time DeVonte enjoys playing sports, playing the guitar and, hiking.
