Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA) is a student-led, campus-wide organization open to all who are committed to advancing graduate and professional students of African descent. We build academic strength, career readiness, and community through research support, peer mentoring, skills workshops, and targeted partnerships (e.g., the Student Well-Being Center). Our work centers four pillars
- Academic Excellence
 - Professional Development
 - Fellowship
 - Community Service

We delivered via study groups and writing sessions, alumni and industry networking, culturally affirming social programming (e.g., Welcome Back Mixer), and service/advocacy that elevates Black graduate voices across UD. Participation is inclusive; our focus is the success and well-being of the Black/African diaspora graduate community.
