INTERN/RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Coastal Structure Design of Barrier Beaches

  • Graduate Research Assistant (January 2020 – Present)
    • Designed and performed rock mound structures in reducing onshore migration of sand barrier (idealized barrier island) in wave flume
    • Examined effects of wave overtopping and overwash on barrier beaches
    • Investigated  structure settlement of rock mound structures on sand barriers

Bluff/Soft Cliff Erosion Analysis

  • Graduate Research Assistant (January 2018 – December 2019)
