Our mission is to advocate for positive change on issues of concern to women at the University of Delaware. Currently our Executive Board and Subcommittees are focusing on issues involving childcare and leave policies at the University of Delaware.

The Women’s Caucus advocates for positive change on issues of concern to women staff and faculty at the University. All employees who are interested in these issues are invited to attend the general meetings to learn about the work of the caucus and voice their thoughts and concerns.
