Our mission is to advocate for positive change on issues of concern to women at the University of Delaware. Currently our Executive Board and Subcommittees are focusing on issues involving childcare and leave policies at the University of Delaware.

2023 Torch Award Winner

Dr. Shannon Lennon, Professor of Kinesiology and Applied Physiology, is the recipient of the 2023 Torch Award for her commitment to advancing women’s equality at UD through mentoring, the women’s caucus and leadership of the Internal Review Board. We will celebrate Dr. Lennon in the fall with a social and award ceremony.
