All-Access Membership


Does include:

  • A full year of employee fitness classes: You have full access to all fitness classes on the schedule. Please see here for the current class list.
  • 1 Free Health Coaching and Biometric Screening Session
  • Fall and spring programs — e.g., Walktober, Spring into Motion Walking Challenge
  • Lifestyle Improvement Series — e.g., cooking classes
  • Campus-wide health campaigns

Does NOT include:

  • Fitness services, e.g. personal training (at this time)
  • Purchase of Fitbits
  • Registered Dietitian visits

The All-Access Membership(AAM) will allow for an annual one-time 75 Wellness Dollar payment to enroll for all programs throughout the year. Programs listed in the All-Access Membership cannot be purchased individually.

How to buy a membership:

We are in the process of making some changes to our registration system. If you would like to register for the All Access Membership for the 2019-2020 fiscal year, please complete this form and the Wellbeing staff will process your request. You will receive a confirmation after your request has been processed.

After you have completed this form and received confirmation of your registration via email for the All Access Membership, you will visit to enroll in Workshops, Lifestyle Improvement Programs, and all of our fitness classes. This new portal will allow you to check in and reserve your space in all of our programs and classes.

How to buy fitness services:

For Fitness Services:

Employees may purchase fitness services after July 1 for the fiscal year of 2019-2020 with their wellness dollars by completing the Fitness Services Request Form, or by paying out of pocket through the Recreation Portal or by paying at the Carpenter Sports Building Cashier’s Office. 

For any of the personal training/fitness assessments below, please complete the health & fitness questionnaire for our fitness coordinator to review. Return completed forms to the Employee Health and Wellbeing office at 125 Carpenter Sports Building via campus mail or fax to 831-3303.

Once your forms are received and have been reviewed, the Fitness Coordinator will contact you to schedule your appointment with a personal trainer. Important: No appointments will be scheduled without completed forms first being received.
