There are many exciting activities for the students in SOCI 335 – Environment and Health this semester! In addition to contributing to the Wilmington Archives Project by using digital storytelling to document the environmental experiences of local Wilmington community members, students will also get to see the public lecture by Kenneth Gould and Tammy Lewis on their book “Green Gentrification” on November 8th. The book is a part of their course curriculum and examines complex topics such as urban sustainability and gentrification through environmental mitigation.
