The VCAT Office (Tower Rm 327), the Audion (where larger events will take place), and the Test Kitchen are located in the Tower.
*Free parking is available directly in front of the Tower building in spaces designated for visitors. All unmarked spaces are for permit holders only.
The VCAT Office is located on the third floor or the Tower – Room 327. The Audion is located on the first floor of the Tower. Access is through the two double glass doors and directly ahead into the Audion Lobby and Information Desk. The Audion is to the left. The Test Kitchen is next to the Audion.
Fred Rust Ice Arena

VCAT Workouts and Wellness Classes will be held in the University of Delaware’s Fred Rust Ice Arena weight room and classroom on the second floor right rear.
**Free parking will be available for VCAT program participants
Directions to the STAR Campus and Athletic Complex/Fred Rust Ice Area
Both the STAR Campus and the Athletic Complex are located south of the University of Delaware’s main campus off of South College Avenue. They directly across the street from each other with easy access to I-95.
Take exit 1B. Merge onto DE-896 N/S College Ave toward Newark. This becomes South College Avenue. Continue for approximately 1.5 miles.
To access the Tower, at the fifth traffic light, turn left into the south entrance of the STAR Campus and then take an immediate right, then left into the Tower parking area to access the Tower.
To access the Fred Rust Ice Arena, at the fifth traffic light turn right into the David M. Nelson Sports Complex, then turn left to access The Fred Rust Ice Arena.
From Main Street/Rt 273:
From East Main Street, turn left onto South College Ave. Continue for approximately 1 mile.
The STAR Campus will be on your right.
The Fred Rust Ice Arena will be on your left.
The Newark Amtrak Station
The Newark Amtrak Station is located on the north side of the STAR campus, about ¼ mile from both the Tower and the Fred Rust Ice Arena. Currently the Amtrak Northeast Regional Train makes two stops daily during weekdays.
The SEPTA stops at Newark Station several times a day on weekdays.
