We are now accepting applications for our spring program!

We are accepting 15 Warriors and 15 Athlete Volunteers into our Spring 2020 program. Workout sessions and wellness classes will be held Monday and Wednesday nights as well as Tuesday and Thursday mornings. 

The Spring 2020 program runs Feb. 17 – May 14.

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 

Workout Session A: 7:00 – 8:15 a.m.

Wellness Class: 8:25-9:25 a.m.

Workout Session B: 9:35-10:55 a.m.

Mondays and Wednesdays:

Wellness Class: 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Workout Session C: 6:15-7:30 p.m.
