Faculty are expected to submit final grades for the Fall 2018 semester by Wednesday, December 19, 2018. After the Registrar processes the grade rosters, they become available for student viewing in UDSIS. If your grade for a particular course isn’t posted, or if you think there has been an error in calculating your final grade, you will need to contact your instructor directly.
If you are planning to take a course at another school during the winter session, be sure to check the Transfer Credit Matrix to confirm that the class is accepted for credit at UD. You should complete and submit the TCE form prior to taking the course.
Upon completion of a course at another school, students need to send an official transcript directly to the UD Registrar. Two weeks after the official transcript has been sent to UD, review UDSIS to ensure the credits have been posted. If not posted, verify UD has received the official transcript by contacting email@example.com.
Section numbers refer to the day, time, and location of a course. The section number appears after the course number: PSYC100-010 refers to General Psychology 100, section 010, which meets on M/W/F from 9:05-9:55 am in the Fall 2018 semester.
Some sections are offered online, including 194 and 195. Some are reserved for special populations – such as Honors 080, 081, etc.. Some sections are not available to most students because they meet in another part of the state (or even the world!) – such as 310, 510, 710, and 070.
If a class you wish to take is full (0 seats available), check back at a later date, as a seat may become available if someone decides to drop the class. UST advisors do not have the authority to enroll you in a class that is full or restricted. For additional information, visit the Registrar’s site.
UST advisors will see students on a drop-in basis only from Monday, November 12 through Friday, November 16, 2018 to assist students who have questions about spring registration. Advisors are available to see students between 9:30 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm on a first-come, first-served basis at the Center for Academic Success at 148-150 South College Avenue. Regular 30-minute advising appointments will resume on Monday, November 26.
