Faculty are expected to submit final grades for the Fall 2018 semester by Wednesday, December 19, 2018. After the Registrar processes the grade rosters, they become available for student viewing in UDSIS. If your grade for a particular course isn’t posted, or if you think there has been an error in calculating your final grade, you will need to contact your instructor directly.
If you are planning to take a course at another school during the winter session, be sure to check the Transfer Credit Matrix to confirm that the class is accepted for credit at UD. You should complete and submit the TCE form prior to taking the course.
Upon completion of a course at another school, students need to send an official transcript directly to the UD Registrar. Two weeks after the official transcript has been sent to UD, review UDSIS to ensure the credits have been posted. If not posted, verify UD has received the official transcript by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
UST academic advisors will offer additional drop-in hours on Monday, October 22 and Tuesday, October 23 to assist students who have questions about alternative grading options such as withdraw, audit, and pass/fail. Visit our office in the Center for Academic Success at the corner of Amstel and South College. Students can also learn about UD’s grade policies by attending the Academic Management Workshop offered in Harrington Commons from 3:30 – 4:30 pm on October 23.
First year students will be able to view their mid-term grade reports in UDSIS by Monday, October 15. If you do not have a midterm grade posted for a particular class, then that instructor has not submitted the information.
If you are concerned about your midterm grades and have questions about alternative grade options such as withdraw, audit, and pass/fail, contact an academic advisor to discuss your options. The deadline for changing your grade status in a class is Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
