In the Know: Mid-Term Grade Report

First year students will be able to view their mid-term grade reports in UDSIS by Monday, October 15. If you do not have a midterm grade posted for a particular class, then that instructor has not submitted the information.

If you are concerned about your midterm grades and have questions about alternative grade options such as withdraw, audit, and pass/fail, contact an academic advisor to discuss your options. The deadline for changing your grade status in a class is Tuesday, October 23, 2018.

In the Know: Grades

Faculty are required to submit final grades for the Spring 2018 semester by May 29, 2018. After the Registrar processes the grade rosters, they become available for student viewing in UDSIS.

Please keep in mind that your academic advisor does not have access to your instructors’ gradebooks and does not receive your grades directly from your professors. Under federal regulations, advisors may not discuss a student’s grades directly with a parent. If your grade for a particular course is not posted, or if you think there has been an error in calculating your final grade, you will need to contact your instructor directly.

In the Know: Grade Options

UST academic advisors will offer additional drop-in hours on Friday, April 6 and Monday, April 9 to assist students who have questions about alternative grading options such as withdraw, audit, and pass/fail. Visit our office at 148-150 South College Avenue.

To change your grade status in a course, visit WebReg and select “Withdraw,” or choose “Edit” to change to Pass/Fail or Audit. Changing your grade status in a course can affect some financial packages, so always check with a financial services representative to verify it won’t cause any problems.
