April 13, 2023 @ 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
Trabant 209/211Do you have the mindset of a leader? While we may not consciously realize it, something as simple as a standardized test score could influence our ability to stay fixed, or challenge ourselves in school, work, and life. Through an exploration of fixed vs. growth mindset, this workshop will help attendees learn about their own mindset when it comes to life and leadership.
This workshop is based on the principles outlined in the nationally bestselling book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, by Carol Dweck, and adapted for the Blue Hen Leadership Program.
