  • Addressing the Pressures of #Adulting

  • Villainous Leadership

  • Dumb Things Well-Intentioned People Say

    We've all had a "foot in mouth" moment when we have said something unintentional that causes hurt or misunderstanding. Understanding concepts of micro-aggression, intent vs. impact, and crucial conversations are important leadership competencies.  This workshop will help increase your awareness of effective and inclusive communication techniques.

  • Five Dysfunctions of a Team

    In his book, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Patrick Lencioni tells the story of a terribly ineffectual workplace team due to a pyramid of dysfunctions. Using Lencioni's parable, this workshop will identify those five dysfunctions and share specific actions steps that can be taken to avoid or overcome them to make your team more effective. This workshop is valuable for anyone in or desiring a leadership role in a campus organization or team.
