University Employee Mailing Lists
The HR and Payroll Systems Office assigns each employee to the appropriate mailing list(s). The distribution of these mailing lists are handled through University Printing. The following groups of employees are available:
|3||Administrative Directors, Asst. to VP|
|4||Associate/Assistant Deans, Asst. to Dean|
|5||Chairs & Academic Directors|
|6||Assistant/Associate Directors, Asst. to Director, Managers & Asst. to Chair|
|8*||Faculty – Full and Part Time|
|9||Professionals – Full and Part Time|
|10||Salaried Staff – Full and Part Time|
|12||Retired Faculty (Off-Campus, must be sent First Class)|
|13||Retired Employees including Faculty (Off-Campus, may be sent Bulk)|
|16||Female Salaried Staff|
|17||Arts & Sciences Faculty & Chairs|
|21||Faculty – Full Time Only|
*Automatically includes lists 2, 4, and 5. To send information only to non-administrative faculty members, you must specifically request lists 2, 4, and 5 to be excluded.
Contact University Printing to order lists. Contact HR Systems Admin with questions concerning list assignments and/or corrections to lists.
To obtain a mailing list composed of students, you will need to contact the University Registrar.
Lists of alumni may be obtained from Alumni Relations.
If you obtain or maintain your own list, it is best to send it to us before your print job finishes printing to ensure timely delivery.
