Nominations can be submitted by peers both in and/or out of the employee’s unit. This program is for exempt and non-exempt employees. Facilities, Real Estate and Auxiliary Services (FREAS) employees have a different recognition program, if you are a FREAS employee please view their website.
A committee consisting of a cross-section of representatives from the various groups of employees (ACES, NSAC and HR) has been formed to oversee the award recognition program. Committee members are NOT eligible for the awards.
The committee will review and approve recognition submissions.
There will not be any identifying fields included when the nominations go to the committee so the winners will have been chosen based purely off of merit.
