A.I. Whoo LLC received the New Castle County CARES Act-Innovation Grant to develop a scalable infrastructure to support localized epidemiological models that inform policy and decision making during the COVID-19 pandemic. The $350,490 grant will support and coincide with the University’s efforts. Dr. Matthew Saponaro completed his Ph.D. from the University of Delaware and A.I. Whoo LLC went through Horn Entrepreneurship’s Summer Founder’s program to develop a business model around the COVID-19 technology.
