Records Management Procedures – Audit Sign-Off
The audit report is generated following a department’s scheduled records management audit. Audit results are entered on a two-part form and returned to the department for review. The unit head is asked to “sign-off” indicating he/she has reviewed the report. The top copy (original) of the “Audit Sign-Off” is returned to the University Archives and the back copy is retained.
