Enrolled students will work on the design, construction, and educational messaging / signage for the UD exhibit at the 2022 Philadelphia Flower Show, themed “In Full Bloom.” The theme for the Education Exhibits is the benefit of gardening and horticulture on mental health. No experience is required — just enthusiasm. Students from all majors are welcome! For more information contact Karen Gartley (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Stefanie Hansen (email@example.com).
Calling all Nature Lovers!
The Design and Articulture Club is looking for enthusiastic, hard working, and involved students to join our award winning organization to help build our educational display at the Philadelphia Flower Show.
We combine Landscape Design, Leadership, and Art to create an exhibit with a $10,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Horticulture Society. We are an award winning multi-disciplinary organization here on campus that is focused on designing, building, and displaying an exhibit at the International Philadelphia Flower Show every year.
This organization is a great way to get involved on campus, while gaining leadership experience and organizational skills. There are so many ways to get involved in our organization no matter what major.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact Tess Strayer, the 2016-2017 Club President, at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. There will be a general membership meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 20th at 7:00 pm in 048 Memorial Hall.
Hope to see you there!
