| 2023 Winter Job Shadow Program Offered during Winter Session, the job shadow program allows students to learn more about various professions, receive career-related advice and reflect on the ways in which their education can prepare them for life after college. This program matches students from UD with alumni and employers who are currently working as professionals for in-person job shadows OR one-on-one virtual, one-hour long informational interviews. STUDENTS: Between now and Wednesday, November 2, you may fill out this form and choose your top three desired job shadows. Click here for a list of all the shadows. (Be sure to note if the shadow you are applying to is in person or virtual before submitting the application!) If we are not able to match you with one of your top three, we will try to match you with another host, if you so choose. Deadline to apply: Wednesday, November 2 You will be sent your host matches on Monday, November 7 and will need to either accept or decline your matches before you will be formally introduced to your hosts on Tuesday November 15.
