The Tech Open House is back from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 10, 2026—reimagined for a new era of collaboration and connection. This year’s theme, “From Forms to Faces,” highlights the people behind the technology that powers UD.

Explore hands-on demos, discover AI in action, and see how IT teams across campus are helping faculty, staff, and students accomplish their goals in smarter, more human ways.

Building Connections

There are four ways you can build connections at the Tech Open House—each designed to highlight how people and technology come together to create, collaborate, and inspire. Choose the format that best fits your story and how you want others to experience it.

Discovery Zone

Set up an interactive booth or demo where visitors can try something hands-on—like a dashboard, app, VR tool, or creative workflow. Great for IT teams, faculty, and units who want to show tech in action.

Innovation Avenue

Create a poster-style display that highlights the story behind your innovation—whether it’s a pilot, research tool, or behind-the-scenes system that keeps UD running. Perfect for sharing the “how” and “why” behind your work.

Tech Byte Corner

Give a 3–5 minute mini talk or video about a clever solution, workflow hack, or lesson learned. Great for small stories with big impact—quick, informal, and shareable.

AI Alley

Meet with teams currently working with AI on campus. You can also bring your AI use cases to discuss with IT or build a small agent on site. A space for experimentation, discussion, and collaboration.
