Recycle your old Markers!

Hi,
My name is Ruby DiSabatino, and I’m a member of the Lord Baltimore Helping Hands 4-H Club.  I’m asking your help with my recycling project.  I’m collecting all those dead
markers you have,
sending them to Crayola to be recycled.  They take the markers and sort them – Crayola brand and not.  The Crayola markers are then re-used, if possible.  All others are melted down and become biodiesel fuel for tankers and big rig trucks.  Its’ a win-win for everyone! Less in the landfills, and more fuel for use in our every day life.

Please bring those “dead” markers to the 4-H office and monthly I’ll pick them up for recycling.  Remember, any markers will do – sharpies, whiteboard, art fine tip, everyday craft, etc.

Thanks for helping me clean up the environment!
