Wow it has been a busy spring!  The members of Country Clovers have a lot to be proud of.  Andy Duvall and Angela Lagano are graduating from Sussex Tech, Hailey and Connor each made a pillow for the Fashion Showcase, and Hailey made her first skirt in the clothing workshop.  After making the skirt, she went home and made a dress. Dillon was able to harvest his first turkey this spring on Youth Hunt Day and Austin is back to racing. As a club, we completed a rain barrel which will be placed in New Castle County at the Aquatic Research Center on Rt.9 in August after all the voting is done. Speaking of voting, we are asking everyone to go to: http://delawarewatersheds.org/artistic-rain-barrel-contest-entries-kids-division/  and vote for our barrel so that we can be selected to go to the Delaware State Fair. Voting continues through Friday June 6th. We are looking forward to a busy summer at the Fair!

At Lord Baltimore Helping Hands May meeting, we discussed the Horse Show, ads, and need for volunteers.  We discussed State Fair entries and the website.  Joelle made yeast rolls and pretzel sticks from the Foods Project Book, they were delicious!

Our June Meeting will be Sunday the 8th at 5:00 pm.

At our last meeting we were all talking about how excited we were about showing off all of our entries for the state fair. In June we are having a pool party meeting for the end of the year! We also decorated some picture frames to put in the state fair as a club entry. We hope to see you all there at the state fair.
