Wild Clovers Outdoor Club

The Wild Clovers had a fun filled summer and can’t wait to start the new 4-H year with everyone! In June, we went down to Phillips Hill Landing and had a fantastic fishing day! We had some new kids come to check out our club and join in on the fishy festivities! It was a very windy day, but that didn’t stop some of our members from wrangling in a couple largemouth bass! In August, we had our first ever Craft Day in the Park. We went down to Trap Pond State Park and spent the morning crafting tin punch suncatchers to enter in the Delaware State Fair next year. Everyone chose a different design to tin punch and used their safety knowledge to carefully create their artful picture. They then took beads of all colors to make the strands that hang down. Everyone did such a great job and all of the suncatchers were unique and will look great hanging in their windows!
