Weather Alert
With winter activities come winter weather and the possibility of cancellations.  The following are ways we notify the public of weather-related cancellations and postponements:

  • Notice will be posted on the Delaware 4-H Facebook page.
  • If the event required pre-registration, all registered members will be contacted.

DE 4-H Foundation Funding Requests – Due March 1
The Delaware 4-H Foundation accepts biannual funding requests from 4-H Clubs and organizations to support projects in all three counties.  Applications are accepted on October 1st and March 1st each year. If interested in applying, please fill out this application

  • Delaware 4-H Foundation Scholarship
    The Delaware 4-H Foundation makes $28,000 available to support scholarships offered to Delaware 4-H members in pursuit of higher education. This award is to recognize continued 4-H leadership. The scholarship application can be found on the Delaware 4-H website under Awards & Scholarships.
  • Del-One Federal Credit Union Scholarship – Due March 15
    Calling all Delaware High School Seniors! Are you looking for a way to receive some extra help with college costs? Your credit union has a program just for you! Each year Del-One Federal Credit Union will award two $2,500.00 scholarships to students that meet the eligibility requirements. This Scholarship program demonstrates our founding principle of people helping people. We will award scholarships to students who demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, credit union participation and financial need. Delaware High School senior must be a Del-One member, son or daughter of a Del-One member, or grandchild of a Del-One member.
  • First State Antique Tractor Club Scholarship – Due April 15
    The First State Antique Tractor Club offers yearly scholarships to graduating seniors, on the Delmarva Peninsula, for the purpose of continuing education, in the field of agriculture.
    The scholarships will be awarded to a full-time student, accepted in an agriculture program at a two- or four-year university or college. All applications must be received by April 15th. All applicants must show financial need and academic merit. An independent panel processes the applications and makes the selections.  The amount of the award/awards will be determined by the Scholarship Committee of The First State Tractor Club. Three (3) $2000.00 scholarships will be awarded this year.
  • DE State Police Federal Credit Union Scholarship – Due April 15
    Are you headed off to college or trade school in 2025? We are pleased to share the Credit Union Foundation’s college scholarship to make it easier for you to meet tuition costs. The $24,000 Credit Union College Scholarship Program for 2025 is now accepting applications! College-bound members are eligible to apply for one of ten $2,000 essay-based scholarships or two $2,000 video-based scholarships, and you may apply in both categories!
