The 4-H Record Book guidelines and fillable pdf forms for are now available on the State 4-H website.  Please contact the 4-H Jill Jackson (jackson@udel.edu) with any questions you have.
Record books are due in August.  Please contact your club leaders for the specific date they will need your books turned in to sign and review.
