Dear 4-H Families,
What a snowy and rainy February we had! I know many will agree that they are ready for spring and warmer temperatures. Daylight savings time begins on Sunday, March 14. Don’t forget to turn your clocks ahead one hour and enjoy some extra sunshine!
The 4-H world is gearing up with many activities and events. We are starting to plan more in-person events for the Spring! Restrictions are still held at 25 people or less in public facilities and 10 or less in homes. Masks must be worn at all in-person events and proper social distancing and sanitizing will take place. March 13 is Virtual Dairy Judging Training. Other judging trainings will also be available the month of March and early April. Be on the lookout for these registrations! Virtual sewing workshops are also taking place during March. The first of three Junior Leader Days will take place on March 20. A Links Spring Fun Day for members ages 10-13 will be held on March 27. The State 4-H Indoor Archery Championship will be held on March 26-28 in Harrington.
A Friendly Reminder – Please be sure to submit your club news by the 25th of each month. Include a fun activity, projects completed, and photos of your club in action. We love to see and share what each club is doing!
Looking forward to seeing you at the next 4-H event!
Yours in 4-H,
