On January 11, 43 energetic 4-H members participated in our annual Winter Fun Day Event. Participants rotated through five project area stations while learning new things and having lots of fun! At the Arts & Crafts Station, 4-Hers made Snowman canvas paintings. The Foods & Nutrition Station was where the participants learned about choosing healthy foods for your teeth and bones and the importance of brushing your teeth twice a day. Members were able to make a second craft project by constructing a bee hotel. At the Community Service Station, members made cards to be donated to veterans. The Health & Fitness Station was active playing a variety of winter themed activities including a mock snowball fight and ice skating.
