We are offering a make-up Demonstration Contest for any members who did not participate in the contest that was held in March.  The Sussex 4-H make-up Demonstration Contest is scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Carvel Center. Participants will receive a letter prior to the event with more information. Score sheets are available for practice.

The Demonstration Contest is for the 4-H’er 8 –19 years of age. It gives 4-H’ers the opportunity to share what they have learned from their projects. The demonstration should be at least 3 minutes and not be more than 15 minutes in length. 4-H’ers must compete in the county contest to advance to the state contest at the Delaware State Fair.

Register Online or print out the 2019 Make-up Demonstration Form which is due to Tammy Schirmer by April 29.
PowerPoint presentations need to be in the 4-H office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3 .
