4-H Volunteer Green Machine at the 2018 Delaware State Fair

With the Delaware State Fair just around the corner, 4-H youth all over the First State are looking forward to showcasing projects and livestock in Harrington at the end of July!

While Fair schedules tend to be busy with demonstrations, competitions and shows,
Delaware 4-H is looking to shine the spotlight on our 4-H youth and adult volunteers assisting those groups and organizations that support our program year round.  While the help of our volunteers will be as important as ever in preparing the 4-H building for exhibits and for getting the building back to tip-top shape after the Fair, there are so many more ways for 4-H to lend a hand.  From volunteering at the Delaware Farm Bureau Food Booth or the Grange Food Booth, to sharing time working alongside the countless agriculture related cooperatives which give so much to our organization, let’s make 2018 the year Delaware 4-H turns into a volunteer green
machine at the Fair!
