On January 13, 36 energetic 4-H members participated in our annual Winter Fun Day Event. Participants rotated through five project area stations while learning new things and having lots of fun! At the Arts & Crafts Station, 4-Hers made Kindness Rocks to spread throughout their communities. The Foods & Nutrition Station was where the participants learned about MyPlate and the importance of choosing healthy foods and made two healthy snacks. The Environmental/Woodworking station was where members made a keyring hanger. At the Community Service Station, members made clothespin and candy butterflies that will be given to local firefighters. The Health & Fitness Station was active playing a variety of games with hula hoops and music.
